History:

The District & Sessions Court started functioning w.e.f. 01.10.2007 which is carved out of the then Kolar District, which comprises in all 06 Taluks namely Chikkballapura, Chintamani, Gowribidanur, Sidlaghatta, Bagepalli & Gudibanda.
